Easy Returns

Shopping for fabric online can be tricky when only looking at photos.  We understand this so we offer a comprehensive 30 day return policy. 
Please request a return before you cut, modify or use your product. 

Change of Mind Return

I have changed my mind and want to return something

If you are not happy with the items you received you have 30 days to return it back to us if you are not happy with it, but we do have a few conditions:
We need to receive the item back within 30 days of you receiving the item.
All returned items need to be in new condition.
You need to cover the cost of returning it back to us.

Faulty Item Return

Something is damaged or different to what I ordered.

If you receive the wrong item, or it has been damaged in the post, just send us a message and we will sort this out for you. 
We will usually need you to return the incorrect/damaged product back to us, but we will cover the postage cost.
We will resend a new product back to you at our own expense.
