Why Black Cotton?

 

Heirloom Wadding is made from 80% black cotton fibres and 20% black polyester  The combination of these fibers creates a strong long wearing wadding, and is very easy to work with.

 

Black wadding will give your dark quilts the flatter, more traditional look of antique quilts without the need for excessive quilting.  No white wadding will pull through!
